I imagine a lot of people look at this question and scoff.
They think to themselves “no one wakes up everyday happy.”
This mindset is encoded in their DNA, it’s an overarching narrative strengthened by their personal experience and solidified through talking and interacting with other people.
“Being happy all the time is a myth, there’s no way anyone wakes up happy. Life has ups and downs and that’s a normal part of being human.”
This is true…until it isn’t.
Life as you know it, can change over night.
But it just takes a bunch of nights to get there.
