I Love running long distances, cycling and just keeping in shape. I enjoy the outdoors quite a bit and hike as much as I can, mostly day things with the odd long weekend away thrown in for good measure (Snowdonia, Lake District...).
Respect, loyalty and honesty are qualities that define me and that I look for in a partner. Sarcasm and irony are my weapons of choice when it comes to humour - think Bill Hicks and Jim Jefferies - so if you work in marketing or advertising ... ;-) .
