I am a large (but shrinking) guy. I had bariatric surgery last Dec. and since I started working towards that, I've lost 120 lbs since Feb 2010.
I love God, art (I attempt oil paintings & sketchingdrawings), music (listening to and singing, usually at karaoke), movies (I disconnected my cable and got Netflix, I can watch what I want, when I want), reading (mostly fiction), writing (mostly poetry, I hope to publish someday), watching Nascar, Vikings football, and Women's tennis (they guys are just basically power hitters, the women require more talent). I think a woman's heart is the most precious thing a man could ever have, and I hope to have that again someday. I was married for fifteen years, and was divorced in 2000. I have 2 grown children, one in southern Iowa and one in California. Sometimes I can be a little hard to get to know but I've been told that it's worth it. I have an offbeat sense of humor, love romance (some of the time, not 247), obviously sex (I am a red blooded male, and am on this site), and spending time in and out of the bedroom with someone special. I hope someday to find someone with whom I can share a long term relationship, but in the meantime, I hope to find good friends.
