Do my knees creak a little more, and does my back get a tad stiffer, yes, yet I do take care of myself, I am in just as good a shape as my male underlings in their 30s and 40s. Am I going to beat them in a straight-up Spartan Race, Cross Fit competition, or marathon? Nah. But can I look as good as they do when we finish the competition? Certainly, yes.
