Using Guestbook

Until recently I had believed that the Guestbook couldn't be used until I was validated. However, I have found (thanks to a wonderful friend) that it is available for use, without my validation. I would like to encourage all who can, to use the guestbook. It is a very useful way of assessing the likelihood of a successful meet, and that usefulness will increase with the increased use of the tool.
