clubraquels entry policy

I'm a black man I went to clubraquels on the 10905 I got there at 9.15pm at reception there is a security door before you can get in. Woman at reception asked for & I showed her forms of ID then she asked if I knew anyone that is a member of clubraquels I said I didn't know anyone that is a member. She said you have to know a member of clubraquels before you can get in she went & got another woman & she said the same thing. I said it dosen't say on your website that you have to know a member of the club to get in & when I phoned earlier in the day the woman on the phone didn't say anything about knowing a member of the club to get in.
She said that is there policy so I couldn't get in. I wouldn't recommend going to this club or going if you you know anyone there.
Has anyone been to this club & what is there entry policy

Club Info: Facilities include: sauna, steam room, 2 outdoor jacuzzis, showers, lounge area, soft drinks bar, pool table, range of play rooms, 1 TV room, 1 TV area, aromatherapy massage, mini gym, lockers.

Opening hours:-

Closed on Mondays

Tuesday to Thursday: 3pm 12 midnight

Friday & Saturday: 3pm 6am next morning

Sunday: 12pm 12am

Membership

Per Couple and per Single Male 20 membership, then 15 on each visit

Single Females Free Membership, then 3 on each visit
