Kestrel & Eureka

Hi - on my own for the next 10 days so been given permission to 'explore' places and venues with the proviso that I don't spend a fortune (so my idea of staying in Blackpool in a swingers hotel was met with a firm 'no').
I'm going to base myself down in my works flat in Bournemouth for some of the time so the South Coast sort of works well for me.
Both Kestrel (at Heathrow) and Eureka (Kent) are sort of within distance. I was wondering what their Weds, Fri or Sat evenings are like? Really what I would like to know is being a single middle aged guy, what are the chances of real play action at these two venues - are the couples welcoming or do they stick in cliques and only want other couples?
