dogging comes under laws related to voyeurism, exhibitionism or public displays of sexual behaviour, however the laws on dogging are ambiguous and depending on where you live will set the action they will take - When cases are made its normally section 5 of the Public Order Act indecent exposure

bottom line if they catch you dogging they can get you for something but it will be the media that plaster your name everywhere thats the real problem for most - does it stop people dogging, like hell it does!
