Any London parties scheduled September?

Hi there, we're aiming on visiting London mid-Sept from Oz and was wondering whether anyone could suggest any hot, sexy dance parties. we prefer the younger [25 - 40's] crowd, dance music, themed dress-up events to smaller more intimate private affairs. Doesn't have to be selectively swingers but open-mindedfriendly types.
