Can anyone help with advice? My friend has a problem......

My friend does not know what to do. He woke up the other morning and went to scratch his balls and realized that something was drasticalyy wrong......somehow during the night he had actually grown an extra PENIS!! He actually had two penises!! Has anyone ever heard of this phenomenon? I t was just as big as his other penis and just as functional! Well the first thing he did was jack it off to see if it worked and sure enough he came right away. Also, his wife actually likes it because now he can do her in both holes at once!! It hasn't really caused him any problems other than sometimes one will pee on the other one, but ohter than that it has been rather pleasant. Please tell me what to do!! I feel like he needs help but he doesn't want to go to the doctor.
