On looking through the site we realised that a new member from Cambridgeshire had blatently copied one of our pictures on this site and placed it on Their (His) own profile. Having complained we have been told by the site that this member has merely been told to remove the picture and not to do it again. Now maybe I am over reacting but I thought this profile should have been immediately removed and the person banned from all Hub people sites. I would love your input on this subject.img src="imagesadultemoticons010.gif" |

Re: Photo theftSince they could establish who posted the photo first, its ownership can be easily determined. Guess they cann't be arsed.

Re: Photo theftPeople using other peoples photos videos profile text has been an issue as long as websites have been in existence. I have had users doing this on my sites since 1996 when I started running swingers contact sites.

Re: Photo theftI agree with you David on the fact that these scum would be hard to stop altogether but at least their cheap thrills are not so cheap if they have to re-register and pay again or are the sites afraid they won't pay again. |

Re: Photo theftThat sounds pretty scary, having your photos nicked, didn't think it could happen.

Re: Photo theftYes they can be taken off here and posted on any website and unless the site takes it seriously and stops just issuing a warning and starts kicking people off it will cary on presumably with the sites consent. |

Re: Photo theftTotally in agreement, if you put your profile name over the photo then it wont be used, on another site my husband had a guy send us a pic of "his wife", it was a pic of me! lol, we found it funny but can understand the seriousness behind this. There are always going to be the "strange" element out there and kicking them off doesn't work, we have to just doctor our pics to stop it.img src="imagesadultemoticons013.gif" |

Re: Photo theftThere is just no need for this. It gives all the genuine guys out there a bad name (yes there are some of us out there!) and spoils the experience for genuine couples looking to spice up their lives. |

re photo theftPaul and i had this issue! We have quite an extensive photo collection and had a 'couple' contact us, sending pics that were of me!!! Paul was not amused and neither was i! |
