Adding photos

New to site and decided to add a photo, just one to start. I followed the procedure but only the photo name appears, no photo. Does it take time or am I doing something wrong?
I`m an older guy with an attractive wife that enjoys meeting younger white men. It used to bother me a bit but I now enjoy being involved and she`s a very happy woman.
