If anyone is struggling to upload a picture, try using a different format. I tried to upload a .jpeg file and it didn't let me, but .png worked straight away.

However I am not sure how to change a picture I have to a profile picture, I want to get rid of this cartoon picture, no one wants to see that. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to update this, I contacted the site support, and they were able to help me out.
