The term is UK slang and originates from the practice of single men following (dogging) horny couples who were sneaking off into the woods for a quickie. Sometimes if the couples caught the voyeur redhanded they would invite these men to openly watch, masturbate and even join in. Eventually a scene evolved where couples and singles actively sought out these mutually agreeable clandestine meets with strangers. |
