I think it's installed by default in windows. Make sure you have the most up to date version. You'll also need a hotmail account to log in. When it's running (and you're singed in), click on "Tools" then "Audio tuning wizard". This will walk you thru the steps needed to set your cam up. Hope this helps Sexynyoungcouple
