How to get bad news out there???

I tried to submit a review of a member who I had been in extensive correspondence with me…… All was going well and I believed trust had been established, so I sent a (as requested)Tribute to her a a prerequisite to a meeting. She then cut off all correspondence and now blocks my messages.
I thought , that as this is a honest review, others may be interested…… however it turns out you can't post a review of a member, unless they have accepted you as a 'Friend'.
THEREFORE:……It seems that on this site you are very unlikely to read any unfavourable reviews.
Surely all honest and genuine members have the right read unfavourable reviews???
