I have disabled my pop up blocker and I have sent an email to the site via my own email address, they have yet to answer. Why have I done this? Because when I click on the help menu I cannot get the form to come up so am unable to actually contact the site managers. I wanted to ask why is that when I click ona photo I do not get it to pop up so I can get a closer look at who I am talking to? Any ideas as to what the probl;em might be and how I can resolve it as the managers have taken our money for premium membership but do not attempt to help when asked a perfectly reasonable quetsion! |
