this is basically where people meet up in car parks, laybys or quiet areas for sexy fun.

for expample a couple may park up and have some fun in the car while people watch.
how far it goes varies, it may just be watching, some people get others involved.
some people wank while they watch,

there is some signals etc, im not an expert by any means, but if a car parks up and the interior light gets flashed, thats usuallly an invite to come and watch

think it originally got called dogging as men would say they are out walking the dog! hehe
