cannot tell you of any in amsterdam,but can highly rate fun4two (club) just outside Gouda ( moordrecht) which is about a 45min train journey from the airport, there are other clubs in amsterdam,but after having been to fun4two many times would not recommend. Many swingers stay at the camponile as a stop before going to fun4two, the hotel is a bit tired but you would have a chance of meeting likeminded there on their way to the club
