Barr Beacon known for intense action.
However, heard the council was erecting barriers there?

Barr Beacon now has an entry gate that closes quite early in the evening, but you can exit at any time if you arrive early. Most activity has moved two miles down the road to Sandwell Valley country park. Look for the car parks on Forge Mill Lane.
