Being Bangladeshi , are we TOO Shy or Afraid?

I have been to this site for a while. Residing in DHaka the Capital. I have been wondering that we have opened the account here for sexual pleasure but almost everybody is just scared to contact each other. Even they contact after sometime they shy back or may be get afraid. But being an adult we actually have  all the right to have some fun and enjoyment . So why do we shy away. I beleive all the people here are quite educated so we should meet up in a social place than in case if we like we should proceed. Remember we are TIGERS ...lol....what r we waiting for?
