A quick hello from Scotland

Been married for almost half my life now, and the lasr decade or so have been a drought on the physical side. I do still love my other half, but when sex is about as rare as rocking horse droppings, it gets a bit hard.
I'm hoping to get something more back into life, even if it's just someone to chat with.
