I have been trying for months to cancell but the first e mail i sent asking how ,i just got a e mail back with a link to the home page. i have however found the bit for billing but it still wont let me cancell as it keeps saying the id is wrong. How can it be so hard? I have now had to contact the bank who say they cant help!
