Quicky on my way home from Manchester?

Date start: 15.02.2015 Date END: 16.02.2015 Hi all, I will be travelling from Manchester back home on the date shown. I'll be driving up the M61, M6, M74, M73, M80, M9, A9 and finally A90 back home.
Its a 6 hour journey so I little break from driving would go a long way :-)
