help needed

can any one help me with my pc its gone mad i carnt seem to sort it out have tryed lots of things what i realy need is a guy to help me sort it out here at home id feel a bit funny taking it to a shop when i have pics and other things on it that are mmm a little personal u know what i meen so any help i get would be very well rewarded

Hiya 631, dont know too much about computers but always managed to sort my own out. If you cant sort it how about saving your more sensitive material to disk and deleting it from your hard drive, then take your pc to a shop, should prevent any embarassing questions from the staff!!! Unless of course you would like me to come and check it out, I work in Manchester!
