Went looking at sites and missed the one I wanted to see

Only having one day off a week amf never been to the area before leaves little time to explore. Today I was very intrigued at a certain area of the city I wanted to explore. As I traveled, every part of me was excited to hang out at a pub and hopefully meet some beautiful and interesting people. However, not knowing how horrendous traffic can be I was soon into a crawl on the highway. Time ticked away to the point I had to turn off and head back to my place. Such disappointment to me.. i will attempt it again as my curiosity knows no limit. Or maybe I'll get lucky and someone amazing out there will be tour guide.
