Having noticed quite a few responses to my blog posts where people express their serious concern regarding TRUST
I feel it would be nice to share this story about TRUST.
Once upon a time there lived a tree called TRUST. It was in fact two trees that had grown together, conjoined in time and space and grew inextricably as a thick broad trunk.
However one of the two trees wished to find other lands to wander around and somehow managed to do so without its partner knowing. However , as the saying goes all things see light in due course of time; so also this betrayal was not unnoticed. Upon confrontation by the mate, our wayward trust apologized and pleaded promising never ever to deviate. The relationship moved on...but the first 'T' had fallen and 'RUST' had entered the relationship.
Time moved on and the wayward one commited a similar folly again. This time, the second 'T' fell leaving 'RUS' which made their mutual relationship a 'Ruse' or a trap. Now the partner who felt cheated was forever looking for loopholes to bait the wayward one and catch the person guilty.
Yet another indiscretion and the 'R' fell leaving just the question of 'US'. It was now a question of whether the relationship needs to exist or not. The heavy burden of constant betrayals was becoming too much and just as the final straw broke the camel's back, so did the last act of betrayal. Now 'S' too ran away and 'U' was left stading alone.

This is what happens with TRUST when the walls start falling everything follows until U (You) are left standing alone.

AH says my blogs are against the rules. I have no idea why 🙂 What you said is true and it's a reality of sorts. But that's where good friends play a part. They are around to hold you, find your space n help pick up your life. That's my experience. At the end of the day are we true to ourselves n can we live with our conscience. That helps ease the pain n reduce the suffering n help us move on, I think. |
