Young couple looking to spice things up

We are a straight young couple who are looking to add some spice to our sex lives. We’ve discussed my wife being with another man while I watch and feel like it’s time to slowly work towards that. We have zero experience with these things and have joined this site to mainly ask for advice on how to go about this. We were thinking maybe a swingers party where we can just watch and maybe be watched. Then see how it goes from there. Like I say we are brand new and really just looking for ideas/advice/connections. Please help :)
