To be or not to be experienced.

As swingers we go through a number of stages. We start as new and nervous, move to “had a couple of socials.” Eventually if all goes well, we clock up some swinging mileage. This could be from being invited to another couples home, to a hotel room, a house party and maybe even a swingers club. But unlike karate, there are no belts to be earned. You can’t turn up to a social wearing a blue belt, representing 25+ actual play sessions. But at some point you realise that you can probably tell people that you’re “experienced.” There’s no badge for this either. Experienced means, we’re comfortable telling another couple what we like, maybe getting things started at a house party and being able to talk about actual play meets. This is all good. But God forbid that you move into the area of “hardened swingers.” People who actually like sex and swinging so much that they do it every week, know the names of everyone at their local swinging club and get a discount on condoms at the local pharmacy. We’re at “experienced” and happy to be there. Happy swinging everyone. Xx
