The words I used to describe myself previously are still relatively accurate, but there is another layer.
The core of Reilly is virtuous, protective, selfless, fiercely loyal, and self sacrificial to the extreme that these traits alone would be incongruous with her existence. To balance these elements out, there are other aspects to her. Reilly is decadent, self-indulgent, hedonistic, passionate and raw.
Constantly at war with herself, she stalks through life the only way she knows how.
