Intriguing ways to help oneself.

First off Hi, I am Steve. This is a little bit about me that might help you out. I have been practicing alternative healing arts for the better part of a month now; however, I always get this once complaint from people about pain in their body. Most commonly from the lower back. I always ask this question: would you be willing to show me how you move at work? I always ask this because 9/10 the person doesn’t realize they are hurting himself/herself repeatedly often unintentionally. My best advice that works for me most often is to bend my knees, straighten my back, and pull the heavy thing out with my arms. I would then push of the ground with my legs to straighten my knees. It has been a lifesaver more often than not.
