Year know this year would get worse. But take it from me that had to battle with depression and anxiety. It will get better soon. Just keep your head up and just have a laugh with your mates. 🙂 you got this. Why not take your time out of your day and do some community work? You'll feel happy that you have done some accomplishment with a big smile. Even if it's like looking after your neighbor, or volunteering in a shop. The options are truly yours. :)
