We decided to move into this online dating world slowly, deliberately, as we are a wild but careful couple. We spend a bit of time crafting our profile, with a plan of looking at what the site had to offer, what it's features were before paying. Then we started receiving messages that we could not read, like 20 messages. We thought that we had written a genius profile and/or there was a lot more people in our player pool than we had imagined. My curiosity burned me enough for me to pay the money to see the messages. At first it was really exciting, so many people that might fit our profile showed up. We sent messages back, and no more replies. We did some more research, and we noticed that none of the messages that we sent had even been read.
It was then that I went through the advanced features and realized that I was experiencing the opposite of genius. No one had actually sent in real messages. They were all automatic messages, sent by the site.
Oh well, so much for this being easy.
We work hard and play hard, looking for a female to share black light adventures, concerts, and all night Friday fun.
