Hi I think it's down to the user of the said site if he or she feels that they wish to give there contact details to a member then bye defult they should be allowed to put it on there profile but site admiadministrator wants payment for a reply to somesomeone to find that someone didn't even send a memessage so it's more about getting paid before finding anyone,
