During my Chef tertiary study days i attended the polytechnic and institute of technology studying catering hospitality and tourism that initinitiate part study part hands onn in the work place, that was my direction the aim was to be at the end with full acclaim. As the months drew on in my first year I couldn't help but notice a particular female lecturer who I would often catch in my peripheral vision with eyes focused on me either in passing or stationary talking to a friend. Infact a friend bought it to my attention I brushed it off "yeah I wish"as to distract the conversation knowing what he suspected what i knew, kind of? Besides i was surrounded by enough fluff to last my intire course but the thing was I was 30 the rest in my class was either school leavers or under 25 contending with that you have a situations reminiscent of the TV show welcoming back kotter "yeah that example" that was the least of my attention. So one day im 🚶♂️ to the library appearing from an adjacent building is this stunning lecturer 35 yr height 5,11 of olive complication 30 feet and on my trajectory name (withheld) my heart rate goes up im looking ahead stay calm be natural and like a 🦌 in head lights her eyes transfixed with deliberate intent we are now within hand reach time slows in motion frame by frame my attention breaks (afternoon) she says eyes mesmerized, and my reply oh hi! As we passed. FACEPALM in the libary of all things done stupid in my 30 yrs that was a winner 👎but it gets better so one day I'm queing at a cafe bar and get a tap on the shoulder to my surprise im now chatting with the subject of my attention turns out to be a pretty cool 🚺 for whom we've had numerous outings becoming secret lovers knowing full well the taboo if discovered come to the end of my course 😀 she attended my graduation unsuspectingly thus eventually parting ways i got a letter from spain some 2yrs later shes married and doing fine.
