Loving the Hill Country

Ever since I moved to the Hill Country, I have learned that it is the ideal place for a woman like me. It is quite liberating to be able to dress as I please and visit the towns and places near here. No one has ever given me a hard time and I have even had some lovely conversations in coffee shops. 

I met a woman one day while in a small coffee shop in Llano. She introduced herself to me as I was drinking a cup of tea and reading the local newspaper. She was very discrete, and asked if she could sit with me. I, of course, said yes, and we began chatting. 

She was curious about me, and was genuinely interested in my story. I told her I was a professor (although I did not tell her where) and she responded that she was as well, although not at my college. I told her about my crossdressing adventures and she smiled and laughed with me.

I still smile when I think about her.
