Betrayal is all about dishonesty, mistrust and deceit. These are things which break hearts and break relationships. No love can survive deceit and cheating.
Open relationships are all about being honest and true to yourself, your partner and your sexuality. Open relationships are never about a new love. They are mostly about sex.
