Got a new custom chastity device earlier this week and put it on yesterday. After 1 day, while it pulls against my balls if I attempt to get hard it seems to be the right size. My previous cage was too loose and thus the penis tended to shrink back in it. This one is keeping the head against the tip of the cage. I like to wear the cages a few days to start to test them out and judge them for the suitability for much longer use.
The cage is made of a hard nylon material and was 3-d printed to specifications that I sent to the company. There are 3 pieces to it plus 2 of those locking inserts and thus requires 2 keys to completely remove. The 3 pieces are a base ring, a shaft ring which attaches the the base ring with of the locking inserts, and finally, a piece that fits over the glans, which is attached to the shaft ring with the other locking insert.
The base ring is 53mm in diameter, where as the shaft ring is 35mm. The total length of cage portion is about 95mm. My penis is slightly squashed in the cage but not so much that it is uncomfortable when I'm completely flaccid.
Despite what the stories claim, the cage doesn't completely prevent erections, it just limits them somewhat and makes them uncomfortable as the whole cage moves away from the torso and the ring pulls on your balls.
My longest time locked up has been about 35 days which I did last May (2019). I am self locked, so it isn't an enforced situation, although I do have a time release lock box that I can keep the keys in.
