Sex isn't always just for two; if you know how to throw a sex party, you are guaranteed to have a titillating, sexually fulfilling and totally unforgettable experience. No matter your sexual preferences or fantasies, an orgy can be a great way to experiment with having multiple partners, partners of varying genders, and to enjoy watching others have sex. While a sexy soiree will inevitably be an eye-opening, uninhibited affair, it can also be a pretty messy experience.

Before The Party
- Sexual Health Check - As the host, you can request that your party-goers head to the health clinic for an STD (sexually transmitted disease) check before the event to prevent any spreading. Not all STDs have symptoms, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
- Wipe Down Surfaces - While your party location may be clean already, a once over with a skin-safe antibacterial product on surfaces that people might be getting frisky on, will ensure all germs are eliminated.
- Cover Beds, Sofas etc.… - Protect your mattresses and other soft furnishings that might become potential play surfaces with good quality waterproof sheets. Luxury throws and sensuous fabrics can be used on top for a quality, sensual feel.
- Clean All Sex Toy - Always ensure toys are cleaned with hot soapy water before properly sterilising, which can be done in boiling water, depending on the material of the toy. Remember: with toys that come into contact with bodily fluids or are used internally - if it can't be heat sterilised. It's not safe for sharing.
During The Party
- Supply Condoms - Make sure everyone feels included and plays safely by providing a selection of condoms in different brands, sizes and latex-free options. Keep in mind that most massage oils diminish the quality of latex, so keep it away to prevent breakage.
- Stock Up - Supplies every room in your party location should have, include: wet wipes, condoms, a bin, lubricant, rubber gloves, body lotions/oils and mints if you want to get fancy.
- Provide Clean Up Products - Leave a supply of sex-toy-safe cleaning products near your treasure trove of toys. Being courteous of other players is a must. Wipe down any toys after and before use. Toys shouldn't be used on multiple partners, but if that is the case, then covering the toys in a condom, with a new condom on when used on each individual is the safest option.
After The Party
- Clean All Surfaces - Sex is messy, even when you’re doing it solo. Once the party is over, you can guarantee there will be a fair bit of cleaning to do. Strip any upholstery covers used and put them in the washing machine on a hot wash to kill germs and remove any stains. Using a skin-safe anti-bac spray, wipe down all surfaces that have been bonked on or where toys have been laid.

- Post STD Check - You can’t guarantee that all party participants went for a pre STD check. If you practised safe sex during the event, then you should be safe. However, if you feel worried in any way, getting checked over post-party is a good idea.
