PLEASE READ - Stay Safe From Fakes - The Latest

1:53 pm Friday, 10th May, 2019

It has come to our attention that some members are receiving unauthorised charges showing on their accounts from the list of sites below which are of absolutely no affiliation of ours.

The following have been reported by members along with discovered by our customer service team. This list however, is by no means comprehensive and so we still advise that you remain vigilant about names not on this list.

  • DTFLTD.com

  • DRGLGD.com

  • JEPROJ*PHWNDW.com

  • ZGZGDT.com

  • HNKNHY.com

  • OFFER*CHPGVM.com

  • RBNSVD.com

  • CBBSMT.com

  • RCHLP.com

To reiterate, these sites have no association with us whatsoever and we’re constantly working to be ahead of those with fraudulent intentions. We believe these shady characters are acquiring payment details by contacting people off-site and asking for their sensitive information through various means. We often hear of people being asked to click links and acquire some form of dating pass or card, sometimes posing as SiteAdmins - THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY FORM OF PASS OR CARD, THERE IS NO SUCH THING! WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS OFF SITE. PLEASE READ THESE ARTICLES AND BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE REST IN OUR STAYSAFE SECTION!!

StaySafe Article which gives you a list of what to look out for

StaySafe Article which gives list of names email addresses and concepts used by fakes

By making yourself aware of how to keep yourself safe whilst using the site, you can better protect yourself from tactics used by those with a negative agenda, which is why we advise that you visit our StaySafe section (which can be accessed via your homepage) on a regular basis. You will find information that gives you advice and tactics which they’re using.

We ALWAYS advise that members use the site as much as possible whilst trying to get to know someone as we are able to monitor any communication that requires investigation whereas off-site we have no power whatsoever.

If you are aware of anyone on-site that is suspicious, report them to our Helpdesk staff! If you are contacted off-site by someone who claims you need to share your payment details with them please just simply IGNORE THEM AND DON’T DO IT.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
