Profile Descriptions: Guidelines for Posting

Your profile description is the body of text within your profile beneath your profile picture. It’s an extremely helpful feature to your cause of attracting other members. So having a description which is full and gives as much detail within reason that you’re comfortable with sharing is important.

We always advise members to think of their profile as an advert which it effectively is, it’s your opportunity to advertise yourself and give yourself an edge over other members by letting your personality shine through and offer potential hook-ups an insight into what you’re like.

As you may already know, our moderation team moderate all content that passes through the site, profile descriptions being no exception. Here is what is not allowed within your profile description:

• Mentioning of membership status


• Illegible grammar


• Wording that cannot be easily translated


• Contact details


• Anything illegal – so this relates to drugs, rape, incest (sex with a family member) bestiality (Sex with animals), underage sex. Even fantasies involving any of these are not permitted.


• Incitement of any illegal acts or activity


• Racist words/language


• References to children in any way, shape or form, no matter how innocent


• Promotion – This covers offering services such as selling sex toys, dvds,
  products, running a hotel or bed and breakfast nor promotion of any site.


• No reference to legal disclaimers allowed in part or in full.
