There's No Such Thing As ODP Clearance or Any Other Form of Clearance

Here's an example of a message about supposed clearance that will verify you as a safe member, you do not need clearance, this is a ploy.

Here's another example of an email about this bogus clearance:

We Don’t Do ‘Security Assessments’, There’s No Such Thing!

We will never ask you to do a ‘security assessment’...there is no such thing. Do not trust the communication should there be any mention of security assessments within it.

The extension which we use to email out is @thehubpeople.com. Be wary of any variation on this, no matter how small. For instance, check out one of the email addresses which was reported by a member which is being used to contact people about this so-called ‘security assessment’:

securityassessment@thehubpeoples.com

Notice how they’ve put an ‘s’ into the extension, only a small difference to @thehubpeople.com but it’s still not our extension.

You Don’t Need ‘Hub Clearance’, There’s Also No Such Thing

We’ve had reports of members being contacted about ‘Hub Clearance’, we will not ask you for 'Hub Clearance'...there’s no such thing. Please report anyone who contacts you talking about Hub Clearance.

Once Again, There’s No Such Thing As ‘Online Dating Protector’

We’ve mentioned within previous articles about ‘Online Dating Protector’, there is no such thing and should anyone contact you claiming to be an ‘Online Dating Protector’ or that you need ‘Online Dating Protection’, please report them to us as soon as possible.

Here’s an example of a bogus email address which these people have used to contact a member: thehubpeople@datingprotector.com

An email address’ extension will be after the @ sign, make sure that this extension matches up to our sender @thehubpeople.com extension. In the above example you can see that it doesn’t.

EDIT:Another two email addresses being used are: hubpeople@onlineprotector.org and administrator.odp@thehubpeople.org, please do not open any mail from these email addresses and report any member who uses these email addresses.
