The Magic Of Kegal Exercise

So, where to start? Well next time you visit the toilet for a wee, hold your urine mid-flow. The muscles stopping your pee are called your kegal muscles also known as pc muscles. By strengthening these muscles which are just like any other muscle you’d exercise and build up, your control over sex and pleasure will also grow. Training them couldn’t be easier, you can do it sitting down, standing up, lying down, at work, in bed or in the queue as you grab your dinner on your lunch break. No-one will be any the wiser!







Squeeze



So, contract your pc muscles, hold for ten seconds and then release, resting for another ten seconds before contracting again. Aim to repeat this five times, three times a day. A few things to remember are to make sure that the muscles you’re holding aren’t those in the surrounding muscles within your thighs, buttocks and abdomen. To do this you might have to really focus on heavy breathing and concentrate as you start out. Eventually you will be such a pro that it’ll be second nature.
