Is There Such A Thing As Too Much Sex?

Too much sex, “is there such a such a thing?!” I hear men (and women) the country round gasp. Despite there being a predictable major opposition to this statement, there may also be incriminating evidence that supports it.
A little too much of the good stuff isn't gonna cause your appendage to fall off any time soon don't you fret, however, it could affect your hankering for the hanky panky.



Don’t Burn Out!



So, your sexual appetite could be its own maker, this is all down to a variety of factors that involve both body and mind. A physically exhausted human being is not capable of optimally producing libido boosting goods unless they're well rested rather than a sleep deprived, nervous wreck that is on hip thrusting auto pilot.



Too Much Of A Good Thing



Addressing the psychological side, us humans are just awkward creatures that want what we can't have and if we get copious amounts of something, will lose interest due to it becoming the norm and easily accessible. This lack of sexual fulfilment may be in itself giving you the bonking blues that could potentially have a negative effect on your sex drive, completing a cruel, vicious circle.



Quality Vs Quantity



If this sounds like you right now, perhaps you should be concentrating on the quality rather than quantity. Give yourself and your mattress springs a few days off and perhaps you will get a yearning on return. Even then focus on gentle teasing and touching as sex is not simply just intercourse, it's also about enjoying each other's bodies and one another’s company.




Get these boxes ticked first and eventually when nature does come a knockin' it will be intense and satisfying. Until then, just relax, run a hot soapy bath, knead in the baby oil on your partner's tense shoulders and catch up on some well needed sleep. You will both be back to your old selves and even better before you can shake a stick at it!
