Deep-throat can be a difficult technique to master. To achieve it, a person must position the penis past the epiglottis which is located at the back of the throat. The difficulty this act brings is that it affects persons gag-reflux, and needless to say, can induce vomiting.
For anyone who has tried deep-throating and failed, they may have thrown in the towel when it comes to this type of fellato however deep-throating is actually something that can be achieved with practice. With this in mind, here are our top tips to giving deep-throat.
Practice Deep-Throat
Rather than going for gold and practicing on your partner you can start by practicing on a banana first. The added benefit is if anything goes wrong that you have complete control over how fast you get it out of your mouth. Try holding the banana in position for 10 seconds or so and getting past the gag-reflex. This takes time and practice to achieve. Also work on breathing though your nose.
Relax
One of the most important tips we can give is relax. Even if this takes time, simply close your mind and never panic. You actually don’t need to relax your throat but you do need to be in the right mindset to make it happen.
Use Lubricant
Lubricant that is specially made for your mouth can help wet your mouth and let the penis slide inside better.
Position
Get into a position where your throat is as open as possible. If your giving deep-throat from a kneeling position from the front then try lifting your bum to position yourself in a more straighter position with the penis. Another great position is to lie on your back with your head hanging backwards over the bed. From there your partner can stand on the floor in front of you with his penis in your mouth. Positioning yourself like this will help to reduce your gagging.
Squeeze Technique
With your partner, try to work out a warning sign to ask them to stop or pull out. A simple squeeze of the leg will be enough to give your partner a warning to stop.
