We all have our reasons as to why we've dipped our feet into this lifestyle. Some might do it because they're lonely, some might do it because they're bored, perhaps simply because it feels good.
For me it's about escapism, to release the shackles of expectations that society and the people around me think I should live up to. It's a brief reprieve in time where I don't have to care about what I should be doing, where I can relax and just have fun with like minded people, without fear of judgement or the expectations of life. Where I can forget, if just for a moment, all the responsibilities and weight that I bear on my shoulders.
