22/8 Woke and left Rit asleep as had to take car for MOT. Got back and we left to meet Ar at Arch. Had lunch drinks and chat and then met couple from SDC for a drink at Athaneum. Hit if off very quickly and so arranged to meet them at their flat in Knightsbrudge for 7.30 for some playtime. First we popped down to Ballans to meet Oxana for a drink and chat and have some fun and then left just after 7. 23/8 I woke early- Rit sleeping like a log and so got a lot of work done on iPad in bed. At 10.30 Rit still sleeping I went and had some breakfast and then got ready to go for a run.
