Rita & Chips in Moscow

7:50 am Thursday, 21st June, 2012

16/6 Woke at about 9 and had quite a long and hard sex session. Had a quiet morning and then after lunch went for a jog together round the park and lake and then popped into Mall for some shopping on way home. Watched The Dark on the laptop a d then got ready to go out to an old style Soviet restaurant, with a live band, near what was Lubyanka - KGB's prison. Food good and great atmosphere though staff attitude went cool when Rit sent back a meal she said she hadn't ordered. Drank all the vodka Rit ordered but mood had changed so went home. Watched last half of Russia / Greece match - what an embarrassing game for Russia and then went to bed.
17/6 Rit's period started. Rit arranged to meet a friend who rents her flat in Moscow at 3. As a beautiful sunny day met Rit at the Metro Bridge station and we walked along riverbank packed with sunbathers (no houses in Moscow so everyone has to use public spaces as no private gardens) and went on a river cruise along Moscova. Rit got impatient about time drinks she ordered took but otherwise great trip. Headed home and had some champagne and cheese and then Ox came round with some home grown M which was mild but fun. She also gave Rit details of another government agency who would expedite international passport in 7 days for just 10000 roubles. Also told Rit some home truths about "overmothering" when visiting Moscow! Around 11 walked O home and then went to order a sushi take away and came home and watched remainder of Portugal/Netherlands match. Hit bed at 1 and slept.
18/6 Woke at 9 and got ready to leave to pick up Rit's Domestic passport on the other side of Moscow. 3 tubes and 1 tram ride later we arrive at police HQ for domestic passports. Rita pick hers up - yippee and then tram and tubes to the international passport office to start her application process for that. More waiting around whole forms are filled and fees paid and looks like passport will be ready 29th. Popped into bank on way back and then decided to celebrate at the Olive Beach in Gorky Park. 2G&T's plus 2 bottles of rose later and a great meal we then walked down Moscova river bank to the Metro Bridge station and caught tube home. Riverbank full of people jogging, rollerblading etc. Such a young person city wherever you go. At home we watched a film and snacked and then fell into bed asleep.
