So can someone give me the lowdown on chatroom etiquette? Do we have to be formally introduced or proposed and seconded before anyone will talk ?
Extraordinary! Ok so maybe it's me...maybe no one likes tv's on this site but the chatrooms are just that aren't they? Saying hi isn't a commitment, it doesn't constitute a relationship.
So...is it because no one has anything to say? Or is it because I don't preface every conversation with a sexual proposal?
Well, any thoughts?

Chatrooms can be a pain at times, depending on whose on. See the same people on all the time chatting with each other and none of the times I have been on, where i just usually say "hi all" as I enter have I ever been acknowledged. As far as no pm unless previously invited, i just don't see how people actually get to meet and get to know each other. If they don't chat with you and dont invite you to message them ... beats me. |
