Ideal world for a devoted submissive

I am wanting something some  would say I am selfishly seeking. I became disabled 3 years ago. 
I met my partner 13 years ago and our BDSM play ceased when she had a hysterectomy. She lost interest and said I could 'play' with others. I didn't feel the need until I became disabled. 

I have virtually no mobility and should not be left alone for long periods. I am able to wash and clean myself. I have Parkinson's plus PSP (Please don't ask me etc).

I feel a need for a lady to be with me allowing my partner some freedoms to go out, not  just to help with me but to enjoy BDSM.  Full time Would be good but let's see what happens.
